Nicole launched N^Scale with almost 20 years of sales and marketing experience at organizations as small as bootstrapping newcos to large publicly traded companies. Her greatest success has been leading the business operations team for a venture-backed start-up during expansion into 20 domestic markets over an 18-month period. After a $50-million financing, her documentation of operating procedures and best practices served as the backbone for the account management onboarding and training program. Hundreds of employees from across the country adhered to her process, creating an efficient business operation encased in a rapidly-maturing startup environment. She then took her skills to the supply side of the company to standardize the vendor management team’s customer on-boarding process and productized the company’s offerings to create a scalable model.
Prior to this Nicole was the marketing director at the Merchandise Mart managing strategic events and public relations intended to expose 150 wholesale furniture showrooms to architects and designers, while also educating the public on how to work with these trade professionals.
Today, Nicole works with clients on a project basis, exercising various skills she has learned over the years. She lives in Glen Ellyn with her husband and their two sons, she enjoys playing golf, socializing with friends, and raising her boys.
